Even though it is an old hotel with a sense of age, it is well maintained. From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, the lady at the reception desk greeted us with a smile and was very polite. There was an old lady beside us, I guess the legendary proprietress, who also greeted us with a smile and was very polite. Although the check-in time has not come yet, they agreed to let us store our luggage, and heard that the landlady asked the housekeeper to quickly tidy up the room we wanted to stay in, which made us feel positive. There were no customers in the hot spring SPA pool on the top floor that day. Our children had a great time in the private pool. The hotel staff also very considerately helped us turn on the lights and measure the water temperature, and informed us of the precautions for bathing. This was very considerate. They would also call us early the next morning to remind us if we needed breakfast. This should be a service that most hotels don't have. My family and I are very satisfied with this stay. We will definitely choose Tianlong Hotel next time!

The room is super spacious and the price is absolutely great. It is close to the transfer station and is very convenient to go back to Taipei. There is a small independent hot spring pool in the room itself. There is also a larger hot spring pool on the top floor of the hotel with a massage pool and a steam room. It is definitely a place for relaxation. Good place

Although the hot spring pool is a jacuzzi, it is too old and does not look good. The shower head is in the same pipeline as the hot spring faucet. You have to wait until the water is drained before taking a bath before taking a bath. However, the water is very small. There is no platform to lie down or sit on after taking a bath. The steps are very low and it is difficult to sit down and get up, which is very dangerous especially for the elderly. Since it is a hot spring that is advertised as a good one, even though it is an old hotel, the facilities should be newer! Breakfast is one for each person, there is no choice, people with big appetites may not be satisfied!

The service attitude is very good. For breakfast, there is porridge for those who are not feeling well. It is highly recommended. It is very close to Jiaoxi Transfer Station or Jiaoxi Railway Station. Transportation is convenient and shopping outside is also convenient. The areas that need to be improved are that the sound insulation effect is not good and the ceiling and walls are peeling. Although the hotel is old, I still hope that the sound insulation and walls can be improved. It is recommended that the hotel can be repaired and adjusted after a period of time.

There is no peculiar smell when entering the room, the carpet feels a bit historical, the air conditioner is cool, there is a public pool to soak in, the breakfast buffet is average, and the toilet also has a jacuzzi with a sense of age.

The hotel is relatively old, and the cleaning needs to be improved. There is gecko poop on the bathtub in the bathroom. The location is okay. You can get to a place to eat and drink in less than 5 minutes. The service staff has a very good attitude. I am satisfied with this.
