The hotel attendant has a good attitude and is efficient! Unfortunately, the facilities in the room are average, especially the bathroom, there is no shower screen, the floor will be wet when showering, the bathroom is relatively dilapidated, and the toilet flush often has problems. There are not many breakfast options and children are not interested.

Even though it is an old hotel with a sense of age, it is well maintained. From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, the lady at the reception desk greeted us with a smile and was very polite. There was an old lady beside us, I guess the legendary proprietress, who also greeted us with a smile and was very polite. Although the check-in time has not come yet, they agreed to let us store our luggage, and heard that the landlady asked the housekeeper to quickly tidy up the room we wanted to stay in, which made us feel positive. There were no customers in the hot spring SPA pool on the top floor that day. Our children had a great time in the private pool. The hotel staff also very considerately helped us turn on the lights and measure the water temperature, and informed us of the precautions for bathing. This was very considerate. They would also call us early the next morning to remind us if we needed breakfast. This should be a service that most hotels don't have. My family and I are very satisfied with this stay. We will definitely choose Tianlong Hotel next time!
