Terrible communication or no instruction to access building.
On arrival, found a locked door to bld and no way to communicate to host except making an international call into Taiwan to speak to a non English speaking conversation.
2 drawers in room filled with used tissue papers.
Bed & breakfast with no English instruction for breakfast except a tiny paper bag on bed with 2 small packs of crisp and 2 small can/pack of drink.
Found a small fridge and water dispenser on next floor up stair landing.
1 ceiling light above bathroom wall mirror and wash basin not working.

When I booked the room, the website said that there was breakfast, but after checking in, I asked and was told that there was no breakfast included. I felt a little cheated. The lights in the room could not be switched, the lights in the toilet were dim, and the bathtub was too small, which was a pity.

Top hotel! We booked it spontaneously and felt so comfortable! Everything was there: water, bathroom amenities, and even snacks! The bed was very soft, spotless, and well-maintained. For the price and the night, we can't give it less than 5 stars.

飯店大概是自己蓋的不確定有沒有經營許可，地理位置方便就在和平豆花旁邊而且有附帶停車場，只有樓梯上下房間外有飲水機可供使用，以周邊住宿環境來說算很平價又划算。以價格來說大約四星左右，住久一點價格會更划算、實惠。

第一次入住此處，在宜蘭礁溪算是CP質很高的溫泉民宿！在Trip.com預定平日超優惠👍 除了有免費停車場、還有摩斯漢堡早餐，地點超級方便，如果改善以下幾點會更棒：
1，一進大門，煙味很重（建議用臭氧機除臭）
2，404房 電視液晶螢幕故障
3，咖啡包應放在房內，避免被客人一次全拿走（我們出門回來時，發現一包都不剩了，都還沒喝到呢）

很親切的民宿，订房馬上就打電話來 跟我说入住情形，地點，附近有很多好吃的東西，住宿也很舒服。 沒有壓力服務很好二樓有飲水機冷熱都有還有三合一咖啡，因為離市中心主要的交通十來分左右走路。 所以如果有提供腳踏車更完美，房間有長的鏡子，雖然大樓有一些老舊。 但是色彩非常的令人愉悅，價錢也很合理。

蠻喜歡這個很平時的民宿， 離火車站大約 走路10來分鐘 ,但是一路上有很多的好吃小吃 ,我喜歡有陽台 ,二樓也有飲水器飲水機 ,共同的冰箱, 房間 色彩非常的 令人開心, 我最喜歡房間有長的鏡子 ,如果陽台還可以放一些花那就更美好了. 工作人員的服務非常的貼心，我一定房就馬上跟我聯絡了，如何入住 方式， 非常體貼。
