The room is commodious, hot spring water is available in room. And there are lot of facilities kids can play, e.g. air hockey, table tennis. They enjoyed to play it.

酒店位置位於礁溪客運轉車站旁邊與台鐵站也是幾分鐘的腳程，交通極之方便，我係由桃園國際機場坐統聯1661直接到達礁溪轉運站下車垃住行李行幾分鐘就到酒店，坐台鐵去宜蘭及羅東都很快，酒店服務員的態度也非常好，出去行鬧市都係極之方便

除了停車比較不方便之外（要迴轉兩次到後方的停車塔，停好車再走約莫150公尺回到飯店），其他都還不錯。地下室有遊戲室，1F有溫泉游泳池。早餐的部分很普通，餐點的部分可以再加強一點。是一個會再帶家人來的飯店。

飯店接待人員親切，願意提供協助。入住的時候找不到訂單，但能很快的解決問題，並表示歉意。
環境整齊乾淨，空調音量和風量較大無法調整。
浴室以浴簾隔開比較難做到乾濕分離。
大廳有零食，飲料，製冰機，飲水機；方便實用。
飯店與Line結合行銷，感覺年輕活潑。

礁溪麗翔是我住過10幾年的飯店了
從以前服務至上到現在服務的感受只剩下一般般
以往下行李還會有服務員出來協助接待，這次去感受差了很多，少了很多溫度，如果不是硬體設施家人喜歡，下次應該不太首選它。老實說礁溪還有太多飯店的設施多過它價格不會比它高。希望麗翔在員工訓練方面應該多加強，否則一定會有影響的

到礁溪旅遊，我們一定來住麗翔，因為這個旅館有個很特別的特色，就是能很近很近的看着行駛的火車！吃早餐時，就能在餐廳上看着往來的火車，在温泉泳池裡也能看到火車從泳池的上方駛過，真的太有趣了！雖然是老飯店了，但房間乾淨舒適！很滿意！

飯店硬體基本都夠了，但沒有幫忙卸行李跟送行李到房間的服務，行李多或是有長輩跟幼兒同行的旅客就比較辛苦。
