Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !

It is a hotel that is very suitable for family vacations. This time I stayed in a Castle of Fundoge themed room. In addition to the big bed, the room also has a tent. The children cheered immediately when they saw it and checked in directly. Each room can get a car and can walk around the entire floor. , if you rent more than one, you only need to pay NT$600 per day. The hotel has many facilities and activities. It is recommended for those with children to stay for more than two days. The supplies provided by the hotel are also of high quality, the breakfast is also rich, and the adults are taken care of very well😁 This hotel will be my first choice next time I come to Yilan!

The second sister and other staff in the homestay are nice and enthusiastic ❤️, I also prepared a small gift for the children to help call the car and introduce the famous local restaurant, the breakfast prepared is very loving, and there is also homemade afternoon tea, the room The sanitation is very good inside and outside, suitable for children to live with. The location of the hotel is very good. The parking lot is temporarily borrowed from the Zhongtian Hotel parking lot next door, which is not bad! The location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet. I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit. BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated. consequently, the pros crushed cons so it became even to say good or bad to stay.
