I arrived at the hotel at around 6pm and asked the front desk staff if I could choose a better room. The staff was indifferent and said that this room was fine. After entering, not only did I not choose a good room, but I also chose the worst one. Bad, the lights in the room are dim, and there are obvious urine stains on the toilet bowl. I really experienced the service of Jiangxi people, bad review!

How should I put it? Mainly because it's too old. It's a five-star hotel that's been open for more than ten years. The hardware facilities are aging, and there's a faint smell. The hygiene doesn't look clean either. Some things actually have obvious stains on them, but considering the price, it's really not expensive.
