The room I stayed in had old equipment and was not expensive, but the price/performance ratio was low. The most annoying thing was that I booked a triple room and the air conditioner was broken. The whole room was like a refrigerator. I was asked to change to a triple room. It was not available and I was not allowed to check out. After calling Ctrip customer service, I agreed to deduct 50 and then check out. Then why didn't you give me a refund at the beginning? Damn, the customer service attitude is terrible. 酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，訂的是大床房房，面積也很大，休息很安靜。總之，衞生無可挑剔真得很乾凈，我連攜帶的一次性床被都沒用上，服務隨叫隨到！退房還可以寄存行李，贊！環境分給到5分！裝修非常有品味，前台給我們安排的房間背靠小區，晚上十分安靜，給我們提供了一個很安靜的休息空間，房間的朝向很好，陽光充斥，中午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，酒店在熱鬧的市中心，房間很好，設施完備。店面員工服務質量高、態度細緻認真，熱情有活力。逛街也很方便 出了酒店，外面就是街，走十分鐘就可以到步行街，各種小吃，應有盡有，真的很不錯。
