To be honest, the hotel facilities are pretty good, with smart toilets, bathtubs, steam rooms, spacious space, and convenient transportation. The only problem is that the breakfast is too simple, just a couple of bites! There are few rooms and not many customers, so cost considerations are understandable, but you can't use bagged bread from the supermarket, right? At least get a toaster and add some toast butter or jam. Of course, this is just my personal suggestion. Overall, I'm satisfied!

When I come to Yichun on business, I almost always stay at Shuyuan Hotel. I always think it has a good surrounding environment and complete supporting facilities. But between 1:58 and 2:01 this morning, I encountered a scary situation. I was kicked out of my room door for no reason, and I woke up. I coordinated with the front desk to check the surveillance system to confirm who kicked my door, and whether I was there in the second half of the night. Safety and security. The front desk said that she did not have permission and needed a password to view the surveillance. The password was in the hands of her manager and she could only assist during the day. So I chose to call 110 and called the police. With the help of the police, I checked the surveillance and found out that it was a drunk black woman who kicked my door crazily from 1:58 to 2:01. Later, the black woman answered the door. The phone was picked up, and no matter what happened during the period, as a hotel guest, I feel that the safety measures of Shuyuan Hotel are very poor, making the guests feel insecure! The front desk also shirks its responsibility and should be dealt with!
