衞生，設施，環境不錯挺好的，

本來，是比較温馨的一家，改造的複式，有點舊，但是也挺温馨
雷點1️⃣: （小雷） 東西沒配齊，説了前台有個小哥哥蠻熱情，會去拿，還好
雷點2️⃣: （中雷）入門廁所味道很大，説了之後處理了一下，關門發現，門後面超多煙頭，打掃不徹底，沒有關門把門後打掃一下
雷點3️⃣: （大雷！） 浴巾衹給了三個，家庭房三個床，能住六人的，我們住四人，説沒有浴巾，不給！！！大晚上的，泡了温泉，赤裸着，沒有浴巾，不給！（可能是前台小哥哥下班了叭。。服務不好，浴巾，不給）
雷點4️⃣:（中雷）不知道是不是温湯鎮都這樣，沒有水，沒有水，一瓶都沒有🈚，好在樓下就是美宜家，自己買了，差點泡温泉，出汗，渴死

因為同行人加了人，到酒店的時候就問店家加錢換兩間標間，幸好有房間。可能是因為來這裏的人都習慣自帶洗漱用品，店家在一開始的時候是沒有配備的，不過可以跟店家索取。因為錯誤預判天氣，帶衣服薄了搞得感冒發燒還跟店家多要了一床被子。才知道還有的人是多人擠一房的，差點被店家誤認了我是那一波人的沒給我被子。不過還十分感謝店家在我離店以後發現包包落在房間裏了還幫我寄回家！感謝幫我挽回了很多重要的證件！
