1. It costs more than 500 yuan to ask the price at the front desk, but only 297 yuan when ordering via mobile phone. It's a killer. 2. I booked a single bed, but they forced me into a double room without asking for my opinion. 3. The light is not on and the hair dryer is broken. 4. I called the main reception desk 6899 but no one from our store answered. I called 20 several times but no one answered. 5 I was woken up by flies kissing my face at around 6 o'clock in the morning. It makes me so disappointed and sick.

Many of the hot springs were not open, and the air conditioning in the room was poor, it was freezing! I specifically booked a room in the main building but the balcony turned out to be a roof, oops! The whole thing was disappointing!

The natural environment is definitely great, but the facilities are a bit old. At first, there was no internet in the room, it was broken! Later, the reading spotlight above the bed was also broken! The room was not very bright, it was dark! The supporting restaurant didn't have anything good to eat!

If I were to describe this hotel in one sentence, I would say that this is a fast hotel with hot springs. The service is not good. The cold service at the front desk is fine. After checking in, I called the hotel to send a set of toothbrushes. I waited for an hour and a half but it didn't arrive. I had to call twice to urge. I don't know how the facilities in the main building are. The annex building is really terrible: the sound insulation is extremely poor. When someone passed by in the corridor in the first half of the night, the footsteps and conversations could be heard clearly. In the second half of the night, the guests next door quarreled and talked on the balcony. I could also hear them clearly. They kept going on until four o'clock in the morning. So I couldn't rest all night. The breakfast was filling, but there were not many varieties. During the whole stay, except for the hot spring, which looked good, everything else was very average, not even as good as a fast hotel. I probably won't stay here again.

The hotel is located between Mingyue Mountain and Wugong Mountain. The surrounding environment is excellent. The rooms are large, clean and tidy. The hot spring area is even more wonderful. The design is humanized. There are free fruits in the rest hall after bathing. The reception staff are warm and thoughtful. It is worth staying.
