The hotel is very nice. The service was at a very high level. I was picked up from the station by car and taken to the hotel. In the morning, I was also driven by car to the train station. Special thanks to the managers Erin and Nigel, who organized all this.

Great location and the hotel is new. Courteous front desk staff (eg 关爱接待主管) and clean & modern room. Appreciate a note written by the hotel manager and enjoyed the self-serving laundry facility free of charge. However, the shower room smelled funky upon entry but wasn’t an issue once shower was running. Would stay here again in the future.

Yichun Huanpeng is really considerate. They contacted me early to pick me up at the station. They arranged a quiet room according to my needs. There were snacks and handwritten greeting cards in the room. The detergent in the laundry room was automatically added. I really have to praise the breakfast. Yichun is a city that loves spicy food, but Huanpeng's breakfast is very restrained, which allows people like me who want to eat but can't eat spicy food to enjoy the delicious food without being too painful. When I was dropping off at the station, the girl at the front desk asked me if I wanted to bring water and gave me a refrigerator magnet. The room was also great, and the air conditioning system was very good. In short, this was a warm trip because of the comfortable stay.

本來到宜春第一天入住的是另一家酒店，房間有明顯的煙味，體驗很差。凌晨聯繫宜春高鐵站希爾頓歡朋酒店，酒店非常耐心且高效率地回覆並解決問題，讓我在疲憊的深夜感受到安心。第二天一早到達酒店，就幫我提前安排了入住。特別讓我感動的是，郭小飛經理親自到房間檢查是否有異味，並在得知我是帶寶寶出行，還特意讓客房阿姨每日準備多瓶礦泉水，方便沖奶使用，並主動詢問是否需要提供空氣凈化器。整個房間乾淨無異味，入住體驗非常舒適。從設施到服務，每一個細節都體現了希爾頓歡朋的專業與貼心，尤其感謝郭小飛經理的細緻和周到，讓我們在宜春的這段旅程多了很多温暖！希望有機會再次入住！

服務非常棒，酒店服務的天花板，體貼的免費接站服務，郭經理親自來接，師傅一腳油門就到了酒店門口，房卡已經辦好了，賊拉高效。早餐豐盛，房間居然配了高速吹風機，牀頭櫃內置無線充，手機和耳機往那一放就行。還送了很多零食，郭經理手寫的問候卡，費心了，謝謝安排
