There is no service at the hotel. In comparison, the girls at the front desk are very nice, and it is nice to have a little guy in the supermarket. There is really no other service to speak of. You need to collect the tableware yourself when eating. It feels like a workplace canteen. No matter where you go in the hotel, no one will pay attention to you. The room is for three people, but all utensils and water are for two people. I don't understand. The soundproofing of the room was very poor, and I encountered some very unqualified tourists who opened the door and shouted in the corridor. It was really amazing! The environment outside the hotel is very good and very eye-catching, needless to say. The facilities are old and the bath water is either cold or hot. Overall, if I come to Yichun again, I might choose to go to Jinshan Luyuan, but I really feel that it is not worthy of the price. Very objective and one-to-one evaluation. Suggestion: The hotel should set up a supermarket for its own business, and get some small barbecue facilities in the evening, because there is really nothing around. Wouldn't it be good to earn more money?

There are few types of breakfast. The hotel mainly caters for group catering and has no service for individual travelers.

房間衞生基本沒搞，灰塵太多，死蒼蠅死蟲子就在窗前也不清理。晚上回來沒熱水也不通知客人。問前台説臨時停水在搶修，問幾點停的，説下午三四點。這個臨時的時間長了點。可惜了山清水秀的景區度假酒店。硬件再好軟件跟不上也白搭。學下江浙滬的君亭、開元。八項規定後還衹靠政府口會議那就沒辦法了。中國最不缺的就是人，附近居民選員工短期內不會有度假酒店該有的服務意識。

我還不是很挑剔的人，不過這次體驗真的太差了，能不定就別定了。接受節假日溢價，可是衞生服務也太差了，馬桶沒有一次性衞生套算了，可是明顯的污漬沒打掃！洗澡水不熱，根本洗不了！一個顯示器都壞掉的衹能製冷的空調！到處都是蟲子的屍體！定的房間包含早餐，早餐沒時間吃讓打包一些，不給！。。。小童拖鞋牙刷簡直就別想了。。。最最差的一次住宿，能不定就別定這裏了

設施：無取暖空調；無熱水（估計滿堂供不上了），房間不隔音； 衞生：差！浴巾腳墊都沒敢用，太臟了！ 環境：地理位置偏僻，不自駕不要定着個酒店；周圍自然風景可以，無任何配套。好的就是比較安靜、可以看星星。 服務：差！要啥啥沒有！早餐種類少，供應不足，味道尚可；每天衹給配兩瓶礦泉水；打掃房間就是糊弄一下（僅僅倒個垃圾、配齊齊書用品），抽紙空了不補、被子床單不給疊… 還好我是767不含早定的，伊春這算最好的了吧…忍了。估計其他住客花了更多錢也沒住好。 總之，體驗極差！

酒店位置很好，原來是個森林公園，不知為何現在給廢棄了，但園區裏面的環境太好了，這對住店的客人十分友好，獨享周邊好環境。果然最美的風景在路上！…
