老闆很熱情，住這裏的客人基本都是第二天或者當天去金山鹿苑的，開車十分鐘很近，這是鎮上最乾淨的酒店了。但是屋子裡麪漱口杯落土了，我們都是用的自己帶的一次性水杯漱口。另外晚上我看到了千足蟲爬進屋裡，門下面有一條縫兒，建議拿毛巾堵一下。總體還是很好的。晚上可以放煙花。

來伊春旅遊，想一早去金山鹿苑，選中了這家酒店，因它距離鹿苑很近，開車7分鐘左右。
優點：硬件設施新，幾乎一切都可以通過呼叫“小度小度”來完成，從開關窗簾、開關各處的燈，到查詢天氣、給孩子講故事等等。自動化程度超高！電視尺寸也很大，看奧運非常爽。另外就是前台大姐特別有幫助，不厭其煩地解答我關於周邊旅遊的問題，分享她帶親戚旅遊的經驗，而且可以通過她打折購買當地的門票。
缺點：我們訂的大床房在101房間，窗外就是大街，對面20米開外就有店鋪和行人，白天有點尷尬😅一定要拉上白色半透明紗簾才好。另外就是，如果你的房間在二層，需要搬行李上幾節台階。
ps：這個商務酒店沒有餐飲服務，不過好在附近有幾個不錯的餐廳選擇，從吃早飯到買水果買日常用品，開車三五分鐘就能買到。
自駕的話，酒店門口有幾個車位，我們到的時候停滿了，就在馬路邊停的，應該不會被罰。
去鹿苑一定要趁早7點半開門就進去，去晚了鹿都吃飽了。所以，強烈推薦去鹿苑的朋友入住這裏！

很喜歡，客房整潔乾淨，屋內有香味，洗澡水還不錯，配有空調，智能馬桶、電動窗簾、電熱水器，還送了茶葉包。停車方便，住在一層，搬運行李也方便。窗外是玉米地。

選他完全是因為他緊靠金山鹿苑 説是金山屯最好的酒店了 但是開窗玉米地讓我有點接受不了 但是可以看出來是新裝修的 附近也沒更好的選擇 如果可以的話建議往鎮上走走找找

金山屯目測真是沒啥像樣的酒店，這家算是屯裏最好的了，新裝修，停車也很方便。乾淨衞生。房間也裝了智能設備，還有智能馬桶，硬件都沒的説。但是周圍配套很拉胯，吃飯不方便沒什麼可選擇的，衞生看上去也比較嚇人。推薦一家早餐店三老漢快餐，他家早餐算那邊條件不錯的店了。買周圍的景區的門票可以酒店前台購買會有旅行社優惠價。比較敗好感的是酒店礦泉水超出房間贈送的就要收費了2元一瓶

這家是我此次旅行至今（已7天）遇到的最舒服的房間，非常乾淨清爽、全屋智能家電，環境安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，很好！
小建議：把沐浴的擋水欄加高些，避免水外溢。如果有電梯就更完美了。
