設施：洗浴設施待改進，衹能洗一個人，第二個人要等
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：不太隔音
服務：服務反應及時效率高
過渡住宿這個環境價格也是可以了，性價比還是不錯的，附近有好吃的還有景區，距離都比較近很方便！

服務非常好，我們到的比較晚，前台大姐給升級了商務套房，房間地板傢俱都是純實木的，超級乾淨，還送了兩瓶水，我們行李有點多還幫忙拎包到房間，樓下是個院子收拾的很不錯可以停很多台車，我們在小鎮溜達了一圈，這個賓館我感覺算是很好的了👍離鹿苑也近大概8分鐘左右路程

房間非常好也很乾凈，前台姐姐人特別好，很熱情地幫忙，還借了傘給我們去看小鹿，以後再來伊春一定會還住這裏的。房間現實和攜程掛的圖沒有任何區別。

酒店位置及環境佈置很好，有庭院，停車很方便。房間乾淨整潔，用品配置齊全，服務態度好，整體很滿意，唯一不足是房間的電熱水器用過一次後水温再燒不上去，無法洗浴。

地理位置不錯，離金祖峯開車兩三分鐘。有獨立小院可停車，雖然沒有電梯，但前台服務姊妹幫忙拿行李箱，房間面積大。。。金林區的人比較愛嘮嗑，嗓門還不小，性子也急，不虧東北人兒。😂

門口能停車，出酒店50米，早餐一條街，出門200米，商業街可以吃午飯晚飯，晚上出門左轉去廣場看看，人挺多。
