首先我輕易不給評論，我也不是黑子，以下都是不帶感情色彩的描述
1、房間找了半天都沒找到，經工作人員指引才找到了，原來是要穿過一個類似消防門的過道，中途一點指示牌都沒有
2、房間設施，牆皮剝落、淋浴間窗簾桿馬上要掉、花灑頭估計水壓稍微再大一點也馬上就掉下來了
3、安全問題，門縫很大，從樓道甚至能稍微看見門裡麪；淋浴間和卧室有個更高的枱子，如果是長者很容易摔倒，尤其是剛洗完澡拖鞋帶水的情況；浴室櫃少一扇門就算了，關鍵是一排釘子還留在上面，但凡離鏡櫃稍微近點、或者小孩子好奇去摸一下就扎壞了
4、早餐種類還挺豐富的，小菜、熱菜、粗糧、雞蛋
可能伊春目前是旺季，但是綜合看來這個價格真的不值！

女老闆美麗和藹熱情，我們上樓不方便，得知情況後給我們調到一樓，並升級房間。房間安靜、衞生、乾淨，被褥不潮，早餐豐盛可口。比五星級大酒店還温馨。對伊春印象太好了！

五星好評。十一假期入住的，老闆娘（看着像是）看我們兩大一小，覺得大床房人多睡得不舒服，直接爽快地主動給升級到了家庭房，其實當天的房價是很高的，感動。房間很大，孩子喜歡，床睡得很舒服，洗澡水一般。總體來説性價比還是很高的。

真誠努力熱心，十月二號前台老闆娘吧也不知道是不是給一個蘋果兩塊巧克力。第二天早上的早餐特好吃特健康，是用心準備的農家的，樣式多無科技與狠活。老闆還提醒那蒸南瓜蒸地瓜🍠好吃。為了早餐我還回去 沒吃夠

超級滿意，老闆娘熱情極了，住店安排的非常妥當，真的要專門給她點一個贊！本次衹住了一晚，沒有遇到什麼問題，但相信以老闆娘這顆想把酒店越做越好的一腔熱情，就算真遇到問題，酒店也會盡力幫忙解決的~

事先預訂好房間，到店老闆卻説沒房！考慮到十一假期旺季房間緊張，我提前半個月在這家預訂了一間標準間，並且是預付了全款房費且不可取消的房間，結果9月30日晚上九點多，當我和朋友兩人到店時，竟然被老闆告知沒房了，説“還剩一間十平米的大床房，你們將就一宿”。對於預付了房費卻沒保留房間，老闆給出了種種理由，包括預訂人姓名相似弄錯了、某間家庭房反水臭味嚴重換了房間等等，被我們一一拆穿後，繼續編造新的謊言，就是不願承認自己故意超賣了房間，將我們原先預訂的房間以更高價格賣出了。由於當晚伊春市區酒店房間都定滿了，接近深夜我們已很疲憊，通過攜程客服協商了賠償方案後，不得已衹好住下。然而這間所謂的“大床房”不僅十分狹小，還缺乏必要設施，包括衞生間整個是透明的，有反水臭味，床單胡亂塞的，角落堆了雜物，管道裸露，地上有垃圾，牀板很硬，很顯然是臨時用房，平常肯定不是給客人住的，但老闆堅持這就是他們店裡正常的大床房，面對我們的質疑再次改口説“這是培訓的學生住的”。大半夜十一點多，老闆臨時換床單，從床邊掃出一堆垃圾，等收拾好快接近十二點才睡下，透明衞生間沒法洗澡，一夜沒怎麼睡，這是此次東北旅行最糟心的一次住宿經歷！

見圖，實際狀況更差。
留的塑料拖鞋是臭的。
設施不太好，也沒有維修，酒店可能是KTV改建的，這沒問題，設備需要好好修整。我們是家庭間。
停車方便，老闆娘熱情指點。
