首先講一下賓館的地理位置非常好，周邊購物吃飯都很方便，賓館不遠處有多路公交車站打的也方便。其實講一下賓館的衞生被褥都很潔凈，沒有什麼氣味，另外，空調製冷也可以，前台服務人員態度也不錯，衞生間是電熱水器，洗澡不能洗兩個人，否則第二人去洗熱水就不夠用了，樓下的前台有個冰櫃，我們需要冷藏的食品前台讓放到冰櫃裏了，十分感謝，房間裏有一次性的洗漱用品，拖鞋。總之，來伊春居住感覺在這裏居住比較好，性價比高！

房間很小，條件不好，沒有電梯。退房後發現自己的手串丟在了房間，打電話想請老闆幫忙寄回，再三懇求，老闆態度很不耐煩，説沒見到，很確定丟在了酒店床頭，老闆不承認，把顧客的東西佔為己有。手串不值錢，但是有紀念意義，非常失望。這種商家生意不會好的，想體驗環境、服務、安全的都別來了，價格也沒多便宜，就是路邊小旅館

這地方，真影響去伊春的心情，牆體開裂，毫無隔音，早晨不到4點就被吵醒，下簡直就是垃圾到幾點就是破旅店，可別叫賓館了，誤導呢，賓館的價格破旅店的享受

老闆服務一般不熱情，房間衞生差整個房子有味道，衞生間味道更濃，床單被罩發黃，房間小沒地方放行李，設施簡單，洗澡水小的可憐就是噴霧一樣，周邊吃飯方便，性價比底。

位置很好在市中心，周圍超市商場很多，逛街很方便，美食眾多吃飯很方便，房間很好，面積不小，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，老闆很熱情，有求必應，整體性價比很高

乾淨，設施還算齊全，但電視看不了，下雨時棚上嘩嘩響！一夜沒睡好！路邊能停車，得搶車位！旺季旅遊能住就行了！其他還好！

標間是1米左右的床。不是我們經常住的1.2米的床。就是比小旅館好一點。服務態度上讓我重新認識了伊春。一直覺得伊春人民是熱情好客的，但這次，並不是，有些失望。。
