【位置】位置在友好區的郊區，友好區已經是距離伊春市中心非常遠的一個區，郊區更是非常偏遠，周邊沒有任何可以吃飯購物的地方需要開車出去，但是自然環境非常好，早上看朝陽，晚上看星星。
【設施】酒店就是自建房，但是整體建的比較不錯，住的榻榻米和標間兩種房型都挺小，但是房間是智能系統，智能馬桶智能淋浴和智能燈光窗簾，能體會到老闆的用心，但如果智能馬桶不漏水，紗窗不漏縫，房間打掃得更仔細一點，會更有好感。決定提供的水和拖鞋都不廉價，好評
【服務】服務很難評，需要的地方服務不到，不需要的地方又顯得很周到。比如我們連住，中途就打電話問要不要收拾房間，我衹需要補充兩瓶水，但是回房間的時候並沒有給補水。還有其他一些細節就不多説了，酒店周邊還有一些娛樂設施，估計夏天會更豐富一些。

這個地方在離伊春市20多公里的友好區，房間很新🆕，設施先進，附近空氣很清新，衞生一般，位置一般，適合自駕，停車場大，晚上吃完飯還可以溜達，夜景很漂亮～

山裡的民宿、當天衹有我們一家，房間裝修的不錯、就是衞生間下水很慢、洗個澡要命了，還有毛巾才一條，又去要了一條，臟兮兮的，談不上什麼服務。我覺得這個價格不太值，不如住在市裡，晚上來的時候開車開好遠，到處都是黑漆漆的

新開業的民宿，抱着試住一晚態度入住，在張經理帶領團隊認真、負責、熱情、周到服務下，最終果斷連住三晚。1、全部設施新，全屋智能化（窗簾、燈控、馬桶、洗浴）；2、床品乾淨舒適，房間安靜，毛巾、浴巾乾淨柔軟；3、位置處於林場之中，空氣超新鮮。4、附近小鎮上的飯館味道正宗，價格便宜，遠超預期；5、去湯旺石林、五營森林公園、上甘嶺溪水國家森林公園、新青濕地等伊春北線景點距離超方便，去伊春市內早市、夜市30分鐘車程，去南線金山鹿苑也才60分鐘車程；6、性價比高，遠超伊春市內、外其它民宿。值得入住，推薦入住！
