設施：房間裝修很新 設施很好 前台給安排了升級 房間超大 第一次有這麼大的地方可以放行李箱
衞生：酒店很乾凈 洗浴用品的味道很好聞 可能是因為在山裡 花大姐有點多 不過都在窗户附近 不礙事
環境：酒店自帶五花山 還有城堡 很適合拍照 房間很安靜
服務：服務員都很親切 主動問好

環境是非常沒得挑，緊鄰山和湖，建築也非常好看。衞生服務也沒問題，早餐也算豐富~但是洗澡水温冷熱非常不靠譜，我們兩個房間其中一個放不出熱水，一個特別燙。另外十一期間沒暖氣衹有空調，也很令人費解。

衞生：升級房型到了一個衞生間維修沒完成的房間，地上都是灰，大晚上現找的保潔打掃
環境：酒店周邊環境沒得説，非常好
服務：工作人員最後一天早上我還在睡覺連着兩次刷卡進房間，多培訓下吧，太業餘來
早餐：一般，沒有麪條混沌現制熱食，大部分都是蒸的半成品還有炒菜（油很大），口味中規中矩，對不上酒店檔次

為了次日乘長途汽車方便，我們搬到客運總站對面的酒店。該酒店為歐式建築，房間不大，但設施新凈。酒店傍邊的湖泊，倒映着秋天的彩色山林，風景優美。酒店衹提供早餐，如果團體預約才有晚餐，而附近沒有餐館飯店，所以自駕車遊客住此正好

床頭有污漬 房門內地磚有污漬 趕上9.16酒店有中秋活動 本來覺得是好事兒 後來發現活動舉辦在房間正下方 音響聲巨大 持續到晚上9點 吵得心臟都難受 本以為是依山傍水 安靜的酒店 結果遇到這種情況 體驗感巨差 好在客房經理態度還好 但是酒店應該好好反思一下了！
