民宿位置靠近烏馬河廣場，很安靜的一個小區，距離南山森林公園蠻近，附近超市和吃飯的地方也很多。不過這邊吃飯都很早，國慶節晚上真是跑了好幾個餐廳才吃上飯。
衞生：蠻乾淨的
服務：房東態度挺好的
整體來説，住在這邊氣候蠻濕潤的，附近很多長者還會去山上挖蘑菇，挺好玩的

位置比較偏，訂的一屋，臨時出狀況改二室。衞生一般，有電磁爐，冰箱。仃車方便在樓下。

店家很好，門上有密碼鎖很安全。最重要的是所見即所得，和圖片上一模一樣。空調也很給力，暖和。衞生沒有問題，看起來是乾乾淨淨的，沒有洗澡，但正常洗漱的話，熱水很充足。孩子的娃娃忘在屋裡了，店家還發來提醒。自駕很方便，停車位充足。另外，附近吃飯的點很好，還很好吃。

位置不在伊春主城區，計劃有變沒去住，所以沒法給出環境衞生的評論衹能默認5分 在此表揚攜程客服多次幫忙和商家協商退單，雖然最後依然沒退成功，但給出其他解決方案。
