There were too many people during the Chinese New Year, and the car couldn't drive in at all. It was in the scenic area. I had to walk a long way with my luggage. There was no front desk, and the small courtyards were all managed by the scenic area. I called the housekeeper to book a room. At first I thought it was a draft in the bathroom, but the noise was still loud even after I turned it off. I asked the service staff in the morning and found out that the outdoor air conditioner unit in another room was roaring, which kept me awake all night. The sound was like the roar of many large exhaust fans working together in the back kitchen of a hotel. It roared all night, and the room still had a smell. A once in a lifetime experience😭
