Appreciate the ladies at the reception for your hospitality. We are 14 pax of family travellers and room is comfortable. Facing road with river view are much noisier. The reception vs the room are of 2 different impression. At first my parent were disappointed looking at the reception, but after they entered the room, the praise the room for being clean and comfortable. Breakfast are good! Location is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the tourist centre.

The hotel is very satisfactory overall. It is located in a very tall building. The lobby is elegantly decorated. There are many dolls that children like very much. The children can't walk. The check-out platform provides tourist maps and red date tea, which is warm. The front desk is warm and thoughtful.

The hotel has a perfect river view and the pagoda is right in front of you! The hotel's service is perfect and the location is very convenient. There is a bus station and a supermarket just a few steps downstairs. The hotel front desk will call in advance to inquire about the room requirements and try their best to meet them! They upgraded our room based on our two-day reservation. They also delivered fruits, snacks and sweet soup to the room every afternoon, and they were different every day, which was very considerate.

I had diarrhea before coming here, and my stomach was cured after staying for a few days. Hahaha, this trip was very pleasant! Bring your children here and you will get children's toothbrushes and slippers for free. After 8 o'clock in the evening, there is warm porridge available. This is my first time staying at the Guobin Garden Hotel. The environment is beautiful and the service is enthusiastic. The front desk clerk Huang Hongyan enthusiastically and patiently helped to place online orders and check-in. The hotel is large in size, lined with green trees, and the rooms are warm and comfortable. I am very satisfied and worth coming again!

Environment: Excellent location, close to the tourist center and convenient for boat rides. Wanda Plaza is downstairs and the riverside park is opposite. Service: From the front desk to the lobby manager to the restaurant waiter, they all smile and give people a homely feeling. Especially when I first arrived at the hotel, the warm and thoughtful reception of the little girl at the front desk left me with good memories. Later I found out that her name was Wang Qinglian, and I thanked her specially.

I would like to praise the waitress Sister Liu Yu'e (should be this name). Seeing the clothes hanging in the room, she took the initiative to provide a clothes drying rack and left a note. It was very considerate. This small move was really warm for us who came to Yichang for tourism. When I just checked in, because I was not satisfied with the room type, the front desk changed it to a river view room, which was great, and the hotel's fragrance was good. I asked about the noodles that Yichang locals like to eat. Sister recommended a noodle restaurant, and we also went to eat there. It was very delicious.
