fabulous large room with a great view, very comfortable bed and pillows and exquisite bedding.  location. Excellent with local shops and restaurants and tube station three minutes walk away. wi-Fi was fast and consistent in the room, which I have found a problem at other Chinese hotels I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated). The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.  breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. The hotel is located by the river, with a first-line high-altitude river view. The scenery is spectacular, the service exceeds expectations, there is a phone call to arrange the room in advance, free upgrade ✌️, the decoration is elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm. The service is considerate, and the staff I met in the hotel took the initiative to say hello, which feels very friendly. The parking lot is two floors underground, which is convenient and free. It is very close to the Three Gorges Visitor Center. It is recommended for tourism.

I have stayed at Vienna Hotel many times. It is very close to Gezhouba Dam, and the No. 3 ship lock is worth seeing. The breakfast is OK, but the variety is not as much as other similar hotels. The price fluctuates greatly. The price of the same room increases by more than 20% in a few hours. I don't want to bother with it. Not moving will save the hotel money.

The hotel's service is very good and the location is excellent, right in the city center, with many different choices of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Very close to the pedestrian street and Riverside Park.

The hotel has convenient parking and a good location. The hotel is in the center of the city, with several large shopping malls on both sides. The front desk staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room based on our two-day reservation. They also delivered fruits, snacks and sweet soup to the room every afternoon, and they were different every day, which was very considerate.

Appreciate the ladies at the reception for your hospitality. We are 14 pax of family travellers and room is comfortable. Facing road with river view are much noisier. The reception vs the room are of 2 different impression. At first my parent were disappointed looking at the reception, but after they entered the room, the praise the room for being clean and comfortable. Breakfast are good! Location is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the tourist centre.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms come with projectors and small tents. The family rooms are perfect for staying with children. The bedding is comfortable and soft, and the two beds come with Pikachu and other cartoon pillows, which the children loved. The staff was friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is close to many restaurants, and its location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It offers excellent value for money and I would stay here again.

It's really okay. The hotel is located in the city center. The price of more than 100 yuan in this business district is not particularly expensive. Moreover, the hotel also has a free parking lot, which is very attractive. After all, it is not easy to find a parking space in the city center if you drive here. It's easy to find.
