The hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt genuinely thoughtful and personalized. They readily answered all our questions, proactively helped with our luggage, and made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Our Princess Suite was an absolute dream for our family. It was decorated so whimsically and cozily that our child was enchanted the moment they walked in. The generous space ensured a wonderfully comfortable stay for all of us. Breakfast offered an incredibly diverse spread of both Western and Chinese options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty to satisfy both adults and children. But the real highlight was its unbeatable location, right in the heart of the CBD. With countless dining and shopping options nearby, it was incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips, saving us a lot of time and effort. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family traveling with children. We'll definitely be back here on our next trip!

Very close to the three majors, I went to the exam, the arranged room was very quiet, the waiter at the front desk was very good, during the period, they were asked to send toilet paper and face towels, I hope to put paper on the table next time.

Easy check in. Room was spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Best sleep in a long time. Storage of luggage for a few hours was available. So many food places near to the hotel.

I have a very nice experience about it. The reception is great. The location is good. You can walk around to visit local specialty. Nice River view rooms, self-service laundry machine and dryer is a plus. I world book here again. One drawback is that there is only one roll of tiny bathroom tissue provided without extra in place like we used to. Anyway they sent me one fast when I run out of it and called.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the tourist distribution center and situated right on a snack street, making dining incredibly convenient. Riverside Park is also right next door, perfect for a leisurely stroll after a meal.
