fabulous large room with a great view, very comfortable bed and pillows and exquisite bedding.  location. Excellent with local shops and restaurants and tube station three minutes walk away. wi-Fi was fast and consistent in the room, which I have found a problem at other Chinese hotels I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated). The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.  breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. I highly recommend this all season, the newly opened facilities are new, a family of five came to live, the experience is very good, the elderly and children are resting well, the robot service is also very interesting, will come again next time!

I have stayed at Vienna Hotel many times. It is very close to Gezhouba Dam, and the No. 3 ship lock is worth seeing. The breakfast is OK, but the variety is not as much as other similar hotels. The price fluctuates greatly. The price of the same room increases by more than 20% in a few hours. I don't want to bother with it. Not moving will save the hotel money.

The hotel's service is very good and the location is excellent, right in the city center, with many different choices of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Very close to the pedestrian street and Riverside Park.

The hotel has convenient parking and a good location. The hotel is in the center of the city, with several large shopping malls on both sides. The front desk staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room based on our two-day reservation. They also delivered fruits, snacks and sweet soup to the room every afternoon, and they were different every day, which was very considerate.

It was my first time to go to Yichang and I started looking for accommodation in the evening. I booked it directly when I saw it was good, and you can park for free! The room was very nice and big. The lady at the front desk was very nice. In winter, she was worried that we would be cold at night and asked us if we needed an electric heater. She was very considerate. The air conditioner in the house heats up quickly, the bathroom is clean, and the hot water pressure in the bathroom is stable. Highly recommended!
