I had a great stay! The location is perfect, and the view of the waterfront is magical. The service was so warm and friendly, specifically Cherry was super helpful and helped us organise a stunning evening river cruise. Would stay here again👍

The front desk was warm and considerate, and the overall stay experience was very satisfactory. The breakfast was particularly rich, with a perfect combination of Chinese and Western food, and many choices. Mainly, you can bring your dog to stay. It is very pet-friendly.

Service: Very warm to the hotel is very late. The lobby manager Xiao Shen saw our car to the hotel entrance. He trotted all the way to help us with our luggage. Guide to the parking lot. When we checked in, we upgraded for free and it was very silky. I didn’t wait much. Finally, it was delivered to the room. One-stop service 👍 On the way to the room, I introduced us to the delicious locals around. This is very good. I didn’t introduce the kind of net red restaurant. We stayed for a night to catch the cruise and the hotel is within 3 mins easy stroll to the tourist center and Yangtze river. The shopping center and many restaurants are also within 5 to 10 minutes walk so the hotel location is fantastic. Room is clean and we had great view to Yangtze river and bridge. Free self service laundry at 6F which is a big plus for us. Free snacks and juice in the lobby and the breakfast is good too. Hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. Our cruise shuttle bus departs at 5:30pm and the front desk helped us extend the room for 3hrs until 5pm for only 99 Yuan so the kids and our parents can rest more. Overall great choice for family travelling and we highly recommend!

The room is fully equipped, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom space is clean and transparent, and the smart device is super convenient to use. The hotel is strategically located, very close to the station and very convenient to travel. The staff service is even more intimate, responsive, full of surprises. The room was spotless, and the bed was wonderfully soft, perfect for a restful sleep. Our room featured a terrace offering stunning, unobstructed river views. The scenery was truly delightful – Yichang certainly lives up to its reputation as a tourist city, with lush green trees lining the riverbanks, providing beautiful glimpses of the Yangtze River right from our balcony. Linlin at the front desk was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, handling our check-in seamlessly. When we later had an issue, she promptly helped resolve it, which was truly commendable. If given the chance, I would definitely choose Yangtze Smart Select Hotel again.

The room is clean and hygienic, with an electric toilet. The room design is very user-friendly, the service attitude is very good, there are many friendly reminders, and the design concept is very advanced. I will stay in this hotel again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Location is good, close to Yichang Visitor Center where Three Gorges Dam viewing boats are located. Surroundings is great and has walking trail along Yangtz River bank. Hotel front desk personnel are nice and helpful. Room is very clean. Breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose. We definitely would stay here next time when we visit Yichang again.
