However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

酒店每位服務員都非常的熱情禮貌，我們到的時間餐廳已經下班，先從酒店買了幾碗泡麪，服務員又搬椅子又給拿礦泉水，非常的周到。房間設施乾淨整潔，細節用心，連消毒櫃和馬桶套都是備好的。晚飯就去餐廳解決的，説實話看價格不算實惠，想着湊合吃一口，結果上菜一看量，四個大人一小孩，點了仨菜，一碗牛肉麪和一份肉餅，愣是沒吃了，味道還都不錯，出乎意料。早餐也很豐盛，還有送機服務，早上我們在餐廳吃飯，司機已經到門口等候，前台服務人員怕我們誤機還特意過去餐廳找我們，一直把我們送上車，真是太貼心了。
