房間比較陳舊，每次入住酒店需要付款按金，真心不知道這按金是用來押什麼的，房間沒有任何商品，

房間又悶，煙味又大，房間床單一股異味，本來凌晨入住前台還把房卡拿錯了刷不開就人上來刷開的，早上退房還説沒還房卡扣了30塊鬧個大烏龍，不知道5星怎麼評上的，隨便一個2.3星都秒殺這個酒店

房間老舊，早餐垃圾就不説了，如果這天要停止使用泳池是不是應該像其他酒店那樣説明一下？早説，就不訂這家酒店了。

衞生差！環境也不好！沒什麼服務，上廁所的捲紙都沒有！洗澡用的噴淋頭都是壞的，而且安裝的很低，衹能夠給我孫子用！

🧹衞生：床上用品有味道，房間內也有黴味和蟲子。跟同事住2間房一個莫名其妙過敏一個被不知名的蟲子咬到。電吹風吹了3分鐘頭髮也沒幹（男士短髮）功率太小。優點：比較安靜，但過道打掃衞生的大姐聊天聲還是比較吵的。
