The hotel environment and sanitation are good. The only drawback is that the room reservation does not include breakfast. It may be due to the golden period of May Day, but if you pay for breakfast, you can pack up what you don’t finish.

Very satisfied, especially the hotel front desk staff: Anna, who made this trip feel like home. I wrote a thank-you letter and left it at the front desk to pay tribute to every worker who works hard with heart and soul!

The hotel looks quite grand, like a star hotel, with large rooms, high ceilings, high-end decoration, and ok breakfast. But the service and some facilities are not good enough. We arrived at nearly 2 a.m., the child was asleep, and there were a lot of luggage. There was a staff member at the door, probably a security guard, who didn't help to open the car door or carry the luggage. He just watched us holding the child and dragging the luggage. The pillows in the hotel were really uncomfortable to sleep on, so I didn't sleep well all night.
