這是我第二次入住海瑞精品酒店，酒店的硬件設施配置的都挺齊全，服務員態度也熱情，房間是歐式的裝飾，房間放行李的木台夠大夠長，還準備了一個歐式的辦公轉椅，目前不具備早餐的條件。從宜昌東火車站打車需要34元到這家酒店。

五星差評！2月24晚入住時問能否升級，前台阿姨直接説沒房間了，各個平台明明就顯示有！她直接來一句剛剛全部訂完平台沒來得及下架，説她一會全部下架！真是**了，信口開河撒謊臉不紅心不跳，玩不起就別玩，別把顧客當**，不想升級直接説就行！這格局，預祝你們永遠發不了財！衞生也差！

酒店感覺有點年頭，跟維也納共一棟樓，設施有點舊了，按照標準價格有點高，但整體還算乾淨，如果去大瀑布玩，住這裏比較方便，就十幾公里路。
