書香府邸酒店是一家江南園林景觀的酒店，環境優雅大氣，安靜舒適，尤其是服務超級棒！從酒店朱總經理到總枱王瓊小姐姐，安保人員，還有餐廳貝貝、晶晶、小亭亭等所有小姐姐們都是待客體貼入微，熱情周到，本來是入住二晚的，後來覺得入住太舒服了，又加住了二晚，總之在這裏最享受的是超讚的服務👍

無意種草的超級好的酒店。太喜歡了。服務非常的好 酒店設施齊全 洗漱用品全套歐舒丹 還有專門的茶室。關鍵價位還好。 沒來過的寶寶們也沒關係 酒店的工作人員都會告訴你清清楚楚的出行路線。還有酒店的小義姐姐 真的很貼心呢 總體就是很好。度假的理想場所

蘇州園林式的院子 仿若住在蘇州 一進大堂 BGM竟是蘇州評彈 東籬餐廳味道還行 酒店處在一個商業區 不想在酒店吃 也可以去商業中心裏吃 旁邊還有一個海底世界 房客可以打九折 帶孩子玩很方便 很滿意 下次還會入住 另外建議洗手間安裝一些掛鈎 毛巾乾淨衣服沒地方掛

給前台服務小徐點贊，給客房經理安俊梅點贊！一次難忘的行程！由於到酒店時間太晚了，下着小雨安經理晚上陪着找餐廳吃晚餐，還要吃完了再來接回酒店，感動啊！
攜程網訂的酒店，沒注意沒有早餐的特價房，但是早晨還特例為我安排了免費早餐，這樣的酒店不多啊！感動！酒店裡的巫山李子特別好吃，皮脆內香當地特產吧！
安經理還沒我推薦了一個全天包車導遊張明友，人也特好，服務周到，興致來了，玩了一次高空蹦極，難忘，難忘，最難忘的一次宜昌三峽遊！

帶長者自駕遊歇腳宜昌，攜程預訂到的小眾酒店，有蘇州園林特色，酒店比較安靜，特別是前台小王，幫洗衣服務到晚上11：30分，離店時送到地下停車場。餐廳美女晶晶，服務一流。

踩坑。4.9的評分，將近600的房價，36間房滿房出租，感覺在三線城市應該是很不錯的。這個酒店在一個相對新的小區內，大門對着一條步行街，坐車衹能先到地庫，找到相應電梯上地面，我當時是夜裡十點多自己黑暗中不知往哪走，前台説就她一人值班不方便出來接。到酒店看設施就是走中式簡約，公共區域地方有限，一個茶室，一個紅色古建內庭院，在樓羣裏也是地方有限，沒有健身房等設施，早餐廳也是要出大廳到小區內街的外掛餐廳，儘管出大門右拐就到，但是這就是經濟型酒店的設定。十一期間滿房狀態居然就三個人值班，我家兩個單人床並起來，門衞想請等我們宵夜回來幫忙挪，還是因為人手少。到店給準備了宵夜填肚子，也是塑料小碗的粥和雞蛋，也是盡心了，但是真心跟和這價格和評分不搭。我夜裡進房間窗簾已經關閉不知道開了一扇窗，且沒紗窗關閉，隔壁半夜有人party的感覺，早晨發現對面露台離我房間的窗很近，小區裏還是很緊湊的結構。夜裡到三四點才清凈，早晨錯過飯點十點才醒，果斷換房到江邊萬達旁邊的皇冠假日，一樣不到六百的房價，住了江景房，其他設施都是五星級別的，有大健身房和泳池，自助大早餐廳。關鍵這酒店評分才4.5。我也是醉了。唯一不同從這走給了我個香囊禮物，讓我猶豫許久要不要如實上點評

酒店條件和設施都非常好，不臨街，也比較安靜，院落有江南水鄉的感覺，花園裡很有蘇州園林的氛圍。前台工作人員友好熱情，住了幾天，感謝嚴嚴，瑤瑤和毛毛的支持，中間需要打印也及時給予幫助，有問必答。小罐茶也特別好，每天出去都會自帶茶水，下次出差還會再來。
