Hotel is very comfortable and easy to take the tour to visit the three gorges. Breakfast is good and room is quiet. We enjoyed both tours! Recommended! :D

We used a dayroom at this hotel, many services and elegant decorations. Service with a smile. Can recommend it to travelers who want to rest and do shopping without walking to far.

前台特別熱情貼心，很熱情。
客房服務很周到，客房部服務員朱大萍貼心，全面，且專業。
地理位置離三峽遊客中心，萬達都很近
超級方便。
而且離江邊超級近，可以吃完飯去溜達，江景房也不錯。
早晨也很豐盛。
合作旅行社也不踩雷。

地裏位置極為方便，離三峽遊客中心步行10分鐘就能到達，酒店對面就是萬達，吃飯購物也很方便，最為暖心的是酒店所有工作人員都很熱情周到，服務細緻入微，尤其是房間服務人員周東英姐姐很讓我們感動，一早出門遊玩，晚上回到房間發現前一天玩累了換下的襪子周姐已經幫忙洗好晾曬了，出門旅遊每天早出晚歸已是疲憊，酒店的工作人員用熱情的微笑和周到的服務讓我們的疲憊感瞬間減去了不少，來宜昌不論是旅遊還是出差選水雲嵐準沒錯👍

帶爸媽從重慶出發到宜昌，4天三晚的三峽旅遊。選了很久最終定了這個酒店。剛開始衹是覺得離宜昌三峽旅遊中心近，方便第二天宜昌358的一日遊（水長船高，輪船上電梯。）到酒店後處處是驚喜，是心意！我們18點下船後，在餐廳吃了一個78元的三人套餐，魚，鹵牛肉，波菜， 湯！蛋糕餐廳幫忙代收的，知道我爸過生日，又送了一份長壽麪!酒店小冰箱的小吃和飲料也是免費的，走廊上的瓶裝水可以自己隨便拿。我爸説老闆真捨得，該老闆他發大財！酒店離萬達也很近，中午我們又去那兒吃美食了。

酒店的房間是一間異型房，衞生間像一個衚衕繞進去，晚上很不方便，太難了。大堂衞生一般。隔音效果也不好

辦理入住時前台不告知臨街那邊在施工很吵，進電梯遇到其他顧客才知道然後去前台換房間，一進去發現桌子上還有前一位顧客樓下的柚子渣，清潔不夠到位，左邊窗子的紗窗有點失靈，設施有點老舊，價格也不統一，一樣的房間我訂成190，同一樓一樣房間她定成150，不太明白這個差價怎麼來的。
