Hotel is very comfortable and easy to take the tour to visit the three gorges. Breakfast is good and room is quiet. We enjoyed both tours! Recommended! :D

We used a dayroom at this hotel, many services and elegant decorations. Service with a smile. Can recommend it to travelers who want to rest and do shopping without walking to far.

房間舒適，寬敞，佈局合理，淺色家居，使房間顯得亮暢，前台服務熱情周到，房間打掃 很乾凈，床單很新，床墊也很舒適，總體環境很舒適，給我們帶來很好的體驗。早餐也蠻豐富，很滿意。

房間還是比較大的，床鋪被子都很乾凈，有意外配了一次性馬桶墊，服務員很熱情服務周到，從重慶做郵輪到宜昌去神農架遊玩，酒店介紹旅行社3天2晚的行程，不踩坑一路上有金牌🥇都有安排，省心省力。酒店到江邊5.6分鐘到江邊，吃完飯沿着江邊溜達，晚上景色很美，以後來宜昌還要入住。

酒店位置就在遊客中心對面，走路五分鐘。酒店很新，前台給升級了江景房，房間裏設施很好，熱水足，床舒服。13號前台小姑娘很熱情。推薦！

酒店看着有些年份了，但是衞生做的很好，服務人員態度都很親切，大廳有免費小零食和橙子提供，每層樓電梯廳也有水可以自取，地理位置也很好，去哪裡都很方便。浴室裏竟然還有洗衣液，還可以讓客房服務送晾衣架，整體來説很棒，來宜昌的朋友們可以考慮這家酒店～

因為是臨近假期才訂的，覺得五一假期的價格貴得離譜，但入住後還是很很值得。酒店位置很棒，去旅遊中心衹需十分鐘走到，附近有萬達廣場，吃飯購物都很方便。酒店早餐蠻豐富的，牛肉粉好吃。酒店服務人員態度很好，帶小朋友到書吧時，還有工作人員送來水果和飲品。每天的房間收拾得很好，表揚田宇。還會贈品各種找零食和水果。值得推薦，我如果別的地方也有水雲嵐，我也會去住的。
