好老的酒店了，房間夠大，但地毯還是太老了，沖涼熱水要開很久才能熱，附近吃飯方便，離江邊也近，江邊有個寶塔。

第一次來這家店，前台服務很熱情，有禮貌並且都很暖心。幫我開票打水單折騰了很久，酒店也有微波爐，幫忙熱了食物。房間裏有很多都是智能面板，也很感謝客房服務員，收拾房間認真心細，雖然短短一次緣分，但是卻是很美好的一次體驗，下次還會再來…

酒店基礎設施太差了，住了兩晚中間換過一次房間，實在受不了了，電視看不了，電話是壞的，中間不知道是門鈴還是電話突然響了好久把我們兩個女生嚇死了，因為趕車入住晚了點衹剩尾房了，燈也是壞的，熱水是沒有的，房間是昏暗像地下室的，衣櫃裏面是臟的不像話的，問前台是不是這間房太久沒人住沒打掃，前台説天天有人住，衣櫃裏一摸肉眼看都能看到一層的灰，智能客控是完全充當擺設的，換了房間以後除了房間沒那麼昏暗了，其他還是原來樣子甚至換了個更小的房間，本來想着來宜昌旅遊住連鎖應該沒有大問題，但是入住第一天給我們這種體驗真的太失望了，以後不會住任何一家麗楓

因為是麗楓的牌子所以覺得就算開店時間久也應該整體是不錯的 但好像事實上不是如此
總體來看 服務&環境都很一般
環境上 停車的話是在背面的一個小停車場 原本以為是麗楓專屬酒店 就會第二天早上發現是和住宅一起的 而且車多了後會停兩排 早上還要打電話報警折騰別的車主起來 房間的環境更難以表述（不代表所有房間） 設施真的太陳舊 門把手搖搖欲墜 天花板通風/黑洞區域 房間裏還有一股奇怪的味道 而且浴室水流較小 水也不太熱 基本上是温水 房間也隔音很差 走廊上小孩奔跑打鬧都一清二楚 不過好在前台提供耳塞
服務上 問前台可否幫忙打開停車場大門 回覆説可以直接來出去 結果好不容易讓別人挪車後又堵在門口 再次電話後保安才打開 其次夜間腳冷 空調無法制熱的情況下詢問可否都給一床被子 回覆説一個房間衹有一床被子
總體不太推薦～ 希望酒店抓緊改善
