The environment and services are very good, but the sanitary conditions are too bad. The bathroom floor is full of hair. Recently, the upstairs has been renovated and it has not been well rested. The only score is the service. The service is really good. But I really want to improve the quality of hygiene

看客房圖片感覺環境還挺文藝的，雖然看到評分不是很高，但還是選擇定了，想着過來漂流到的比較晚起的比較早也就住一晚，也不會差到哪裡去，首先，我覺得民宿老闆是非常不專業的，在我們入住當天臨近19點了，還沒有任何人聯繫我們，我們坐了的士快到了，不知道具體的地址才打電話問了一下，地址顯示在萬達A座，電話的時候告知我們訂的房間在B座，通過添加微信告知入住相關事宜，在溝通回覆的過程是非常慢的，以至於我們到了萬達下面催促告知房間密碼，10分鐘左右才回復，打語音拒接，其次關於房間，房間的燈非常暗，因為比較喜歡房間亮一點，對於這個光我確實覺得沒有什麼安全感，把東西收拾好去夜市吃了點東西，晚上12點洗澡的時候放了十分鐘是沒有熱水的，入住的時候確實有告知需要先插電燒20分鐘，所以我們又插電燒了20分鐘，還是沒有放出來熱水，當天晚上洗了冷水澡，晚上跟老闆發了語音説沒有熱水的情況，老闆第二天説她睡著了沒有看到，第二天也沒有第一時間給我們做任何回覆，我們9點去漂流退房很早，老闆退了按金後就刪了微信，確實，對於100多的房子不應該有什麼期望值，但是覺得最基本的居住設施都沒有保障，及不能得到及時迴應，其實我是個很懶的人，但是我是個愛旅行的人，所以還是決定花時間寫下真實的反饋，幫大家避坑，畢竟住不好對於好不容易抽時間出來旅行的心情還是非常影響的

感覺裝修已經很久了，裏面很多東西都很舊，床墊太差了，睡下去就踏進去了，投影幕布也不是很乾凈，進去很大煙味，床單被罩也都感覺不是很乾凈，總體來説，千萬不要踩坑，多花20快錢可以住周邊星級酒店了。
