參加會議訂的酒店，結果是加蓋層，需要自己爬樓梯上去，另外早餐也不是訂單裏面的，本來想加訂的，結果不準，非要我們自己出錢另外買，，服務員態度也很差，這是樓層不同服務不同嗎

前台服務很熱情，到的時間有點晚，還有小飛燕協助送行李到房間，房間床鋪軟硬適中，衞生乾淨整潔，退房時前台李琳小姐姐快速正確開了發票，張子林還介紹了旅遊路線，服務太讚了，來宜昌必住的酒店。

桃花嶺的環境可以，但是攬勝樓這個八樓加蓋的特色房差強人意，也就二星招待所的水平，有這個價格住哪兒不行，特別是衞生間就是個室內的簡易板房，處處透着廉價和低端，可能會選擇桃花嶺，但是肯定不會在住攬勝樓，差距太大了，還不如住隔壁老舊的華美達

房間8樓，電梯直到7樓，拖着3，4十斤的大箱子問工作人員，説居然要步行上樓，服了

房間還行，就是電梯不能直達8樓，需要步行一層，拿重的行李很不方便。酒店環境不錯，服務員的服務態度也很好。下次到宜昌還會入住。
