Great location and wonderful and helpful staffs at reception.

Due to the night club on the 2nd floor, the lifts sometimes you may get a strong smoke smell. The night club entrance is exposed to passengers if the lift door is open, the night club environment is not suitable for children to see if you travel with family.
Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training.
Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Old & rundown though clean.
Location is OK esp. Looking for some Halal food.
Night food market close by so food readily available.
45 minutes away from Airport so quite far away.
HS train station is close to hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the environment is very classy and if you like the old Victorian style this is the place for you! I enjoyed it
I ordered for flowers and the hotel staff helped me very much and delivered it to my room , making it super convenient for me

The reception desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Our suite was comfortable and our request for a utensil was met promptly. Breakfast was good. We had a most pleasant stay and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Yichang again.

The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The lobby is spacious and bright. Xiaoli, the receptionist, arranged a 1.8-meter bed this time. The room is clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommended

I stayed here before in July. I came again to check in this time. Jingjing at the front desk provided great service and the room was very comfortable. Although it is very retro and old, the service is superb! My two sons are very happy. They love the small living room and the large projection screen in the room.
