跟圖片一摸一樣，市中心很方便，下去就是夜市，打掃的挺乾淨，網也挺快，特別適合同學聚會5/6個人圍着玩卡牌遊戲，雖然有點小波折不過房東很快解決了

住了3晚2晚沒天然氣，第一晚還好8點多來了，第三晚到第四天早上都沒來，我們一大家子都沒洗澡，回來還下雨了，雖然房東説讓我們去對面小區洗，但是下雨帶幾個小孩拿東西拖來拖去實在不方便，這個雖然是客觀原因不能怪房東但是實在是很不好的體驗。
在説説房間，本來以為是3房，其實就是客廳放了一個塌塌米，算不上3房，衞生個人感覺不是特別乾淨，但是看的過去，床上用品也不是純棉的，沒有冰箱沒有衣櫃，房間衹有掛衣桿，沒有廚房，簡易的桌子放點廚房用品，我們入住的時候陽台掛滿了床單被套我們自己的衣服沒地方掛，還要自己幫她收起來，唯一值得點讚的就是投影可以看看電影還不錯，房東聯繫回覆速度有點慢，不知道是不是因為太忙了。住了3天沒有人打掃衞生，就是你進去住3天房間的洗漱用品都得自帶，浴巾什麼的。這點看個人吧，反正我門自帶了。
唯一最滿意的就是地點在大洋百貨上面，吃飯逛街非常方便樓下就是小吃街。
如果同學朋友來人多住個一兩天還可以，帶家人和小孩不建議，這個價格稍稍貴了一點點，跟荊州的名宿不是一個等級，同樣的價錢那邊真的好太多。
