設施老舊，空調是壞的，半夜熱醒幾次，給前台打電話説了他們也不讓換房間。早餐很一般，甚至連雞蛋都限量一人一個。停車要錢，入住前不會告訴你，走了問前台為什麼要錢，就撇你一眼説“看看自己花多少錢住的酒店”一個前台真的**，不知道還以為你是老闆，可能是家裡最近少人了。但別把火發客人身上。

500的價格，還不如快捷酒店的環境，房間一股臭味，開門進去門鎖就掉了，前台都是國家領導吧，反饋問題話沒説完電話就掛了，早餐在最頂層12樓吧，電梯衹有9樓，毫無提示餐廳位置，對一次來入住真的很不友好，酒店又老又舊你是怎麼好意思賣這麼貴，服務真的沒話説，體驗感極差。請不要電話騷擾

入住凱瑞美宿酒店（宜昌水悦城購物廣場三峽大學點）酒店周邊環境很好，酒店的大堂很亮堂，前台的服務員很熱情周到，也很耐心的解答我問的問題。還給我們免費升級了房間。房間也很寬敞明亮，住在裏面沒有壓抑的感覺，房間也很乾凈，整潔，落地窗。床很大，床墊是乳膠墊躺在上面很舒服。衞生間也很乾凈。停車也很方便並且免費停車。酒店周邊交通也跟方便，從酒店出去到各個景點玩兒也很順路。總的來説是個物好價廉的好的酒店，下次來宜昌還選擇凱瑞美宿酒店。
