500的價格，還不如快捷酒店的環境，房間一股臭味，開門進去門鎖就掉了，前台都是國家領導吧，反饋問題話沒説完電話就掛了，早餐在最頂層12樓吧，電梯衹有9樓，毫無提示餐廳位置，對一次來入住真的很不友好，酒店又老又舊你是怎麼好意思賣這麼貴，服務真的沒話説，體驗感極差。請不要電話騷擾

入住凱瑞美宿酒店（宜昌水悦城購物廣場三峽大學點）酒店周邊環境很好，酒店的大堂很亮堂，前台的服務員很熱情周到，也很耐心的解答我問的問題。還給我們免費升級了房間。房間也很寬敞明亮，住在裏面沒有壓抑的感覺，房間也很乾凈，整潔，落地窗。床很大，床墊是乳膠墊躺在上面很舒服。衞生間也很乾凈。停車也很方便並且免費停車。酒店周邊交通也跟方便，從酒店出去到各個景點玩兒也很順路。總的來説是個物好價廉的好的酒店，下次來宜昌還選擇凱瑞美宿酒店。

酒店房間面積特別大，都是落地大飄窗，住起來沒有壓抑感，安排的房間樓層高，樓下就是公園，空氣特別好，晚上睡覺也很安靜，酒店還送了牛奶跟堅果給我們，停車非常方便，前台小姐姐特別熱情，酒店價格也不貴，下次還這裏住。

酒店停車特別方便，離高速出口近，去周邊景區都很近，對於我們自駕的人非常方便，樓上有餐廳還方便點餐，價格實惠分量足，房間很大，有地毯，挺乾淨的。還送了小零食和牛奶，自助早餐也很豐盛，床睡得很舒服。下次有機會來宜昌還來住！

設施：各方面都很齊全，有停車場，樓道有充電寶，熱水很棒，還有自助洗衣服務
衞生：很乾凈，房間也是落地窗，很透氣
環境：樓下就是運河公園，早上起來跑跑步，晚上睡覺之前散散步，很舒適的感覺
服務：前台小姐姐服務態度很好，有什麼問題問她們微信號都幫忙解答，還告訴我五一宜昌有煙花晚會，在哪裡可以吃到地道的美食！
