走進大廳看見前台小姐姐非常熱情的跟我們問好，第一形象就給我留下了很好的印象，他們酒店停車場非常方便，就在酒店旁邊直接開進去就好了，房間很乾凈，遇到問題，第一時間給前台小姐姐們打電話溝通，效率很高的跟你耐心的解答，並解決，總體感覺還是非常不錯的，離鐵路壩小吃街走路差不多15分鐘就能到，還是很方便，旁邊非常多的早餐店，吃飯很方便，前台小姐姐的推薦熱乾麪，旁邊就有，還不錯，哈哈哈哈哈哈，推薦大家入住這家酒店，服務炒雞一流，比太多酒店服務員，服務態度要好太多太多，推薦推薦推薦

離CBD購物中心特別近，交通方便，和朋友出來玩訂的這就酒店，一進來就有超大的停車場，停車特別方便，關鍵是停車不要錢啊，一進酒店大廳，前台小姐姐滿臉微笑打招呼比較治癒，還很快就給我們準備了涼茶，問我們是來出差還是旅遊幫我們介紹交通線路，有一説一別人服務還是很不錯的，房間也很乾凈衞生，還是值得推薦給朋友，性價比高，酒店附近吃的也比較多，特別是旁邊大包子必須點個贊，熱乾麪也不錯，這是我最近住酒店住的吃的比較滿意一次，贊贊贊！

首先服務態度非常的好，主動提供幫助，表揚每一位工作者，尤其是幫我打印准考證那位姐姐～地方也很好找，房間乾淨衞生，我的房間在一樓，靠着停車場，有一種汽車旅館等感覺哈哈。整體非常好，下次來宜昌還會訂這裏。

因為要去考試，退房走的比較匆忙，一件衣服不小心掉到房間裏了，前台打電話給我説忘東西了，因為已經坐車走了也趕不回來拿，聯繫我的宋美女主動加我微信説幫忙郵寄，宋美女相當細心快遞寄了特意把單號發給我，還提前幫我墊付了郵費，而且房間衞生也相當乾淨，有免費礦泉水，並且洗衣液也是大品牌的藍月亮洗衣液，停車場也超大，住宿也是可以免費停車，這樣的服務不得不為你們點贊，酒店管理的相當到位，強烈推薦一下！！

公司出差來宜昌住酒店，看網上評分蠻高的，就來體驗一下，那天下着大雨，坐出租車來到酒店門口，前台的9號工作人員趕緊找來了雨傘給我送到車前幫我撐雨傘，還好我沒有淋濕，小小的舉動非常的貼心，值得推薦的酒店，下次一定還來

第一次人住酒店，服務員太熱情了，特別是我的背包帶子斷了，周姐趕緊幫忙找找來了針線縫好了，説實話我長年在外出差，住過的酒店好多，都沒有該酒店有熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，，就連打掃衞生的阿姨看到我們都問好，感覺好好，下次來宜昌玩一定會再來住的

過年了回家路上訂的房間，坐了十幾個小時的車，好累，進酒店服務員就遞給一杯熱紅棗桂圓茶，很暖心，去房間了不想出去了就點了外賣，半小時左右服務員就幫忙送到房間，還幫忙把我帶回來的濕衣服晾到樓上曬，我安安靜靜的在房間睡了一個美美覺了，感謝運七酒店前台蔣姐姐。

第一次入住運七，服務態度好，前台小宋姐姐看見我帶着寶寶給我安排了比較大離電梯近的房間，並且幫忙準備了小童拖鞋，又給寶寶拿了零食，寶寶喝牛奶時漏在了床上，客房姐姐及時幫忙換了床單被套，讓我感覺到特別細心的服務，謝謝運七。

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。尤其是前台小王姐姐，態度柔和，我們定的本是沒有電梯的那一棟樓，她看到我們行李較多，主動幫我們升級了一個電梯房間，非常感謝她。整個酒店的環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。隔音效果也不錯，在這裏姐姐阿姨們的熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種可以借用的洗面奶，連棉簽都有，真是應有盡有，下次還會選擇，反正總之是物超所值，經濟實惠，
