我們雖然看過房間，表面看的過去，但是住進去體驗感太差了，環境太差，味道大，電視都看不到，前台服務態度不好，諮詢一下都説不知道。一副高姿態的樣子，我們去了乘船工作人員的態度服務相當好，來宜昌一趟，衹有這個酒店差評！

這是出遊以來住的最差的酒店，前台服務員態度惡劣，房間設備老舊，被套有破洞，衞生間下水道反臭難聞之極，電視也是壞的，連一瓶水都不給，勸各位朋友慎重選擇，千萬不要來這裏。
