整體看上去可以，服務到位
衞生間比較小
但是這個單床房爆改雙床房，誰願意睡覺的時候頭上頂着一排插座和開關？你要賣就當單床房賣，硬改成雙床房來噁心顧客？

位置不錯，訂的是一個電競房，是想看一下啥樣，也沒用上兩台電腦。比較好的是可以免費停車，但是停車不太方便，因為停車場位置很小，早上如果着急走的話會很麻煩，要等通道里的車走完才能出來。
前台服務稍微有點問題，下午回來的時候小孩着急想上個廁所，退房了，跟前台説一下，結果非常的不情願

前台是一對年長的夫婦，非常和藹，讓獨自旅行的我超級安全！入住的是單人房間，特別乾淨！房子旁邊就有洗衣機，生活便捷，風景非常好，停車位雖然緊張但是停車的大叔人很好，一直在旁邊幫忙看着。房子的地理位置也很絕，溜達着可以去萬達也可以去老小區，吃小吃吃美味的“四媽”，真的還喜歡這裏！

十一帶爸媽來宜昌玩的，訂的家庭房，300的房間，窗户是靠走廊的但是訂的時候就知道了所以能接受，但居然是間地下室。然後重點來了，房間隔音及其差，門外走廊有人説話都聽的一清二楚，隔壁房間是個電競房開着門打遊戲到半夜，最離譜的是，第二天早上6點，酒店的工作人員來敲隔壁的房門，敲的砰砰響，應該是讓客人去挪車（因為停車位非常緊張，位子狹窄，所以晚上進酒店停車場的車都是一輛輛硬堵在裏面的，我們因為來的稍微早一點所以車子在裏面些早上沒有被通知挪車），我們一家人早上6點就被隔壁的敲門吵醒了。本來就是來旅遊的，玩了一天很累了想好好休息，結果又吵又是隔壁敲門，然後因為是地下室，甚至旁邊馬路上的車經過在房間裏都能聽到隆隆聲，真的太離譜了。我經常在攜程在訂酒店，這是第一次給差評，我覺得一個酒店什麼都可以不重要，但是一定要保證客人有一個安靜整潔的休息環境，如果這個都滿足不了，你們還是趁早關門大吉👊
