宜昌長城酒店位置優越，地處CBD核心，從高鐵站下車有BRT快速公交直達。房間温馨舒適，安靜整潔，酒店人員素質較高，禮貌熱情。一件衣服落在房間了，前台人員快速處理，自己掏運費為我快遞到家，尤為感謝。下次有機會去宜昌繼續關注！

超好的一家酒店，服務態度很好，熱情到你都不好意思不是有問必答，而是很細緻給你説明白，寫清楚。洗衣房乾濕分離，超讚，早餐豐富，停車場大叔蹩腳的普通話特別可愛。健身房，棋牌室，餐廳全都有。性價比高的很。看看服務員多貼心，為19號服務員點👍

所有服務都非常滿意，超乎想象。
提供了很多特別的免費服務，比如暖心宵夜粥，免費洗衣烘衣，還有健身房，更讚的是還有很多用品服務[小童的洗澡玩具，小童枕/護欄/餐具拖鞋牙刷，女生的面霜/洗面奶/卸粧水/身體乳/生理期護理包/還有很多，男性也有面霜身體乳洗面奶以及刮鬍刀提供]，還提供商務工具[筆，膠棒，便簽紙，曲別針，訂書機]，忘記帶充電器也不慌，隱形眼鏡隔離液也有，應有盡有。服務下單5分鐘上門遞送，超快。
入住房間除了礦泉水，還提供了水果和零食。
還有一個值得點贊，出太陽了車在太陽下，過了一會兒酒店給車上了遮光板👍
完美體驗入住，9.9分滿意度。唯一0.1的遺憾是我喜歡投屏看視頻，這裏暫時還不可以。

出發前考慮再三選擇長城酒店，下午到達宜昌先去了三峽大瀑布，褲子鞋子全都濕透了，光着腳走進了酒店，大堂經理看到立刻上前詢問後馬上拿來了拖鞋給我換上，特別温暖！接着辦理入住手續，特別快，而且給我免費升級了房間！真的太開心了！
到房間後，一打開門，房間很大，很乾凈，雖然去的那一天是陰天但是被子一點都不潮濕，桌子上還放了一大袋子零食水果，還有信。特別用心！
第二天出去玩回來，打掃阿姨把我們需要的東西都換好了，還給我打掃收拾垃圾！
在宜昌的每一天都很開心！在酒店的每一天也很開心！

房間舒適設備齊全.酒店自帶餐廳，回酒店隨時可預訂，現做的味道非常好，可太方便了.預訂酒店就要選這種的，服務非常到位，餐食乾淨衞生，來之前拉肚子，住了幾天治好了我的腸胃，哈哈哈，這次的旅途非常愉快！帶孩子來還有小童牙刷拖鞋贈送，晚上八點後有暖心粥可提供。如果下次有機會再來宜昌還住這裏！別的都沒拍照片，就拍了一張這家酒店的飯菜，棒哦！
