酒店蠻大氣，大堂很寬敞，乾淨，一看就是規範大酒店。前台小妹妹很熱情，退房時還幫忙指引線路。二樓有餐廳，地道本地特色菜，出門在外，就想吃口熱乎地道的本土菜。下次出門，還是選擇住這兒，周邊有環球港，熱鬧的很👍👍👍很方便，去火車站也挺近，比較滿意的入住。

房間乾淨衞生，服務態度很好，有幫我剛放好行李，服務員就送來了免費的下午茶，突然有種回家的感覺很温暖，非常滿意，下次來還住這裏。

酒店設施還可以，床品及衞生間比較乾淨衞生。環境有點不好。因為位於宜昌市東山批發市場，門前修路，酒店停車就在酒店門口，來往車輛較多，有點臟亂差。前台服務人員服務態度還可以。

很好，都連續住了2個晚上。酒店的前台服務員都很熱情，房間的衞生也搞得挺挺乾淨，床鋪挺柔軟的住得很舒服，以後來宜昌就住這間酒店。

酒店的超前服務值得點贊：到宜昌出差，來之前打前台電話詢問酒店位置，服務員很快加了微信把地址發過來，並仔細問了我到宜昌的時間，到達酒店時前台很快辦好入住手續並告之，在得知我中午12點多到酒店，巳提前打開了房間空調，看見行李多安排專人送到房間，房間裏還送有水果，感覺真是太暖心了，心情好了坐車的疲勞感覺也消失了，，以後到宜昌就住這家酒店了
