The environment is very bad. When I woke up in the morning, this thing was crawling on the ground. I was supposed to stay for three nights, but I checked out directly. Until now, I don't know how it got a five-point review.

The thing that surprised me the most during this trip to Yichang was the hotel I booked. I was particularly impressed as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile and brought us hot tea as soon as we entered the door. It was really warm to drink a sip in this weather. The check-in efficiency was very high. We had children with us, so they gave us children's toothbrushes and told us about the facilities we needed to check in to the hotel. The elevator corridor was clean, and the room was very clean compared to some star-rated hotels I stayed in before. Because I am a mysophobe, I like to check everything before entering the room, so it is clean and hygienic. I added the hotel's WeChat and the laundry and WI passwords were all sent to me. Since it was my first time in Yichang and I was not very familiar with the place, I asked the front desk a lot of questions about traveling and transportation. They answered me patiently without any impatience. I had a lot of clothes that were not washed after a few days of traveling. After I took them to wash, I found that there were not enough clothes hangers. I told the front desk clerk, and she immediately arranged for an aunt to send me a clothes drying rack and a clothes drying pole. It was really a surprise. Needless to say, the location is right by the river, very close to the boat ride, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk with the children. When I checked out, they gave my child a small gift and brought us mineral water, which was really thoughtful. There was a box at the front desk that contained a lot of things that could be picked up by yourself. My child liked the small clips and took a few of them. I think this store is really a treasure store. All the services seem to be for the guests. Whether it is the front desk or the guest room, they always greet you with a smile. Friends who come to Yichang for tourism strongly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is really bad. You can book a very good hotel in Wuhan on weekdays for more than 200 yuan. After all, Yaster is a chain. The room is small and shabby, and parking is at your own expense. This is really the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in.

1. The hotel room was on the 29th floor, which should be a residential building. I waited for the elevator for 5-10 minutes. The distance from the lobby to the room did not look like that of a normal hotel. 2. We arrived at around 5pm that day and were told that the room was not cleaned and would take half an hour to clean. We sat in the lobby and waited for half an hour before one room was cleaned. They said that the cleaning lady was sick, which was speechless because we didn't arrive at 12 noon. 3. Parking costs 20 yuan for one night. The hotel gives a 5 yuan coupon, which means it costs another 15 yuan. I have never seen a parking lot that charges a fee. And you cannot drive out after parking, you have to pay extra for driving out! ! ! 4. The service attitude is very good. Apart from this, there is no other reason to recommend it.
