房間很大，衞生間也很乾凈，入住非常的舒適，早餐也很豐富，雖然品種不算太多，但是該有的基本上都有。周邊購物就餐都很方便，停車是免費的很便捷。酒店一樓大堂有免費的自助咖啡和茶……

最讓人不太滿意的是前台一個很瘦很高的男孩子，一行4人定了一間大床一間雙床，這個男前台上來就問：怎麼住？考慮到雖然酒店是為了安全性提問，但是這種説話方式給顧客非常不好的印象，有點感覺被冒犯了，怎麼，和家人出來住個酒店還要被問怎麼住嗎？一個連鎖不算差的酒店前台就這個服務？恕我不太懂。
最後就是空調風口很大，讓前台來弄一下，還是那個瘦高個男前台來弄結果把空調扇葉弄掉了，也不跟顧客説一聲就悶聲出去半天回來才知道是找梯子，期間也不跟顧客説換房間，還讓本就有急事的顧客一直等着弄好，最後還是我自己提出要換房間。
床睡的還可以，瘦高個男前台服務很不好，體驗也很不好！不知道那個前台叫什麼，非常瘦非常高，問答多培訓下服務吧。

設施：最新版，很多東西都迭代升級了，大堂還提供獨立茶室，私密性足夠
衞生：很乾凈整潔，房間味道處理比較到位，新裝修但是幾乎沒什麼味道
環境：獨棟物業，地理位置很方面，周邊出行購物就餐非常方便，鬧中取靜！
服務：前台服務很周到，離店還有宜昌特色伴手禮贈送

三峽神農架5日遊，來回經過宜昌都住的這裏，環境棒棒噠。交通方便，就在東站附近，篩選了幾個酒店，這家是24年開業，什麼都很新，就選的這裏。果然沒選錯。

其他都好，就是不太待見攜程人，要我們辦華住卡，説攜程會員價格沒華住會員優惠力度大，退房也衹有12點，華住可以到14點。我一直都相信攜程，雖然目前出行的不多，但是衹要出行都會選擇攜程訂機票、住宿、租車。希望攜程再強大些，這樣我們出門底氣就更足了。
