酒店離客運大樓很近，步行十多分鐘可以到，但酒店還是有車輛免費送站服務。缺點就是沒電梯，行李多的上樓有點麻煩。

酒店的房間很乾凈，設施很先進。浴室裡頭洗浴噴淋器開關很新穎，自動馬桶很漂亮。樓下就是本酒店的餐廳和超市。離機場很近。不過不用走着去機場，門口兒接待老爺子專門兒是負責送你的，3分鐘就可以送到你機場門口。溜達走着10分鐘以內也能到。出了酒店往機場方向往前走大約150m，有個機場員工快餐店。都是那種盒飯的快餐，物美價廉。

房間寬敞 乾淨 整潔 高端大氣！環境優雅舒適，服務態度也很好，離宜昌機場很近，還管接送機！老闆和藹可親，熱情！旁邊有酒店旗下的家常菜餐廳，菜味鮮美！打滿分！以後來宜昌還會選擇臨空大酒店！

房間配置還不錯，衞生一般，洗手池下面還有衞生紙團，應該是漏打掃了，另外平台表明有免費接送機服務，但好像要在正常上下班時間才有這個服務，前台小哥説一般太早就自己走過去。走過去也不遠，10幾分鐘。
不介意走，介意服務態度。

真實評價：這家酒店對早晚機的旅客比較友好，早上6點都可以幫忙送到機場避免耽誤飛機（酒店管理人員也會提醒注意時間事項），這個是機場酒店的優點它能做到。酒店設備方面中規中矩，畢竟是遠離市區的，而且一分價錢一分貨，休息停留還是完全沒有問題的。下次如果再來宜昌並且坐飛機還是選擇這間酒店。

這裏的服務人員都長着驢臉，對客人愛搭不理的。我感覺我不是去住店的客人，我好像欠他們錢？把四樓叫三樓還自以為挺聰明，我提出疑問竟然還反問我，真是一言難盡啊。

一直髮短訊催着好評，本來不想寫的，其實在入住的那天我就已經説了客房存在的問題，體驗感極差，讓我印象最深的是甲醛味道太重，被薰的快要窒息，工作人員的一盤蚊香把甲醛味蓋過去了，實質上身體損壞的是我們客人自己，酒店沒有專業的酒店管理人員。
