酒店離市中心比較近，出行比較方便。附近吃飯也比較多，客房服務也挺好的，房間環境也可以，下次出差還會考慮過來入住。

酒店離濱江公園很近，宜昌沒什麼可玩兒的，就這個濱江還能散散步，我們去的時候下雪了，冷的很，濱江上的燈也沒開，特地來看龍燈的，結果白來！酒店空調很給力，床很舒服

太差了，前台意識太差了，房間連送的水也沒有。房間燈光太黑暗了。幾十塊錢招待所都比你這強。要吐槽的點太多了，服務態度也不好，房間設施也差。哎，還沒有停車的位置。太差了。隔音幾乎沒有，外面咳嗽的人都聽得見

房間非常乾淨，無異味，位於十字路口，靠邊的房間感覺有一點車輛流通的聲音，感覺靠裏的房間沒有聲音，定的7十幾塊錢，性價比還是比較高的

運氣不好，住進去半夜2點停電，説是重來沒有嗎聽過電，讓我們趕上了，來電後坐電梯上樓，我們8個人又被困在電梯裏出不來，按報警呼叫鈴無人迴應，打電梯裏的維修電話竟然説打錯了，後來還有一個電話打通來人了。把我們救出來了，這期間還打了119，消防車趕到前，我們被救出來，讓消防車白跑一趟。解救後我又從一樓爬到10樓，電梯悶熱再加上爬樓梯，這一晚上的折騰，第二天早上退房，商家也沒有什麼表示。
