設施：設施保持的很好，雖然沒有智能遙控，但其他的該有的都有
衞生：衞生乾淨，床很舒服
環境：周邊有水悦城商圈、三峽大學，交通方便
服務：服務很好，會提前打電話確認房型、詢問是否需要提前開空調。走的時候耳機掉房間了，會積極配合尋找，去拿的時候會裝好給你，工作人員會主動問好👍👍👍
但是酒店能不能跟物業反饋一下，電梯裏開個空調吧，這幾天宜昌三十五六度的天氣，電梯裏實在是太熱了，衹能説還好酒店客房樓層不高不用在電梯裏待太久

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施有小機器人非常方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，停車免費很方便就在酒店門口，住的非常很滿意！性價比高！

酒店服務什麼的都很好 前台小姐姐們也特別温柔 唯一的就是 不是特別隔音 第二天早上睡着覺 然後旁邊好像是那種類似於陽台的 酒店人員在打掃衞生 一點也不隔音 説話什麼的聽得清清楚楚

酒店位置不錯，外觀比較大氣，和寫字樓共用的電梯，走廊很寬。
房間品質還不錯，淋浴間的坡度調的有問題，洗澡水積在另一頭不往地漏那邊流。
辦入住的前台服務很生硬，一直推華住會員卡，還一直推升房，説衹需要幾十塊錢，明明攜程上二十不到。

設施：新開的店，房間裏十分乾淨，床鋪也是新新的。
衞生：衞生打掃的很勤快，阿姨人也很好，及時送水和洗漱用品，但也不會讓你感覺到叨擾。
環境：旁邊就是水悦城，裏面好吃的也很多，打車去玩也很方便。
服務：東西落在酒店，前台第一時間聯繫我幫我發快遞過來，態度相當積極，下次還會入住。
