I traveled solo to Yichang and was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were extremely courteous, assisting me in finding a meal before bedtime and showing me to my room. 小王 was particularly helpful, offering extensive travel recommendations for her city. The hotel is new, with excellent and spotless facilities. The bed was cozy, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, offering a magnificent view of the Yangtze. A complimentary fruit platter was waiting for me as well. The location is superb, ideal for strolls along the river, and within walking distance of major shopping malls and parks. I will stay here again if I return to Yichang.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. I got upgraded to a Junior Suite as typical Guestrooms were sold out when I check in and the bed, showers are all comfortable. As it's a suite, would prefer to have tissue by the vanity counter & also another trash bin next to it as there is only one trash bin in the bathroom and it's located inside the toilet room instead.

Very clean, new hotel. The only downside of the hotel was the staff attitude. Breakfast restaurant staff not as friendly and unreasonable as we didn’t have time to eat so we wanted to pack some items from the buffet. The staff said NO when we paid for the breakfast but I eventually got to pack a few items to take away.

Very new and grand hotel. On the day of check-in, I saw a lot of people in the lobby. It turned out that Richie Jen was having a concert. What a coincidence. We came from Conrad Chongqing. The new hotel there was full of decoration smell, which made me dizzy. When I came here, there was no smell at all and it was very new. The hotel staff was very friendly. We could say hello and chat when we met. The price-performance ratio was really good. I took a walk along the Yangtze River at night and felt relaxed. It took about ten minutes to get to the restaurant by taxi. If I had known earlier, I would have stayed in Chongqing for two days less and stayed here for two days more. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance

The environment is very good, the room is relatively large, the temperature is well controlled, the toilet is particularly easy to use, there are many delicious foods downstairs, the breakfast is rich in variety, the front desk service is good, it is worth staying, and I will come again next time.

First of all, this National Day trip of 7 days and 6 nights was all booked by Ctrip. The room arrangement in Xuchang and Wuhan was quite satisfactory. Although the price was a bit higher than the member price, I still believed in Ctrip's brand. However, what was unexpected was that I stayed in Yichang for three consecutive nights at the Grand Mercure Bund Hotel under Accor. First of all, there were no souvenirs or room upgrades when I checked in. This was understandable during the National Day. After checking in smoothly, I found that there was one less set of toothbrushes. Because I was tired from driving for a day, I also brought my own toothbrush, so I didn't contact the hotel to send it. I never expected that there was no replenishment on the second day. I was very surprised. Could it be that the guests who stayed in the same room were not treated according to normal services? I was even more surprised on the third day. See the picture. The shower room was not cleaned directly, and there was an unknown towel thrown in the toilet. I was traveling with my baby. This hygiene situation really deserves the five-star standard! After reporting to the lobby manager, I changed the room, sent a fruit plate (to be honest, I didn't dare to eat it), and then upgraded to a side river view room for the sake of meaning! Such a big mistake was fooled for so long! For the sake of other people's stay experience, I wrote a review based on my personal experience. Be careful if you bring children with you, and be careful if you care about hygiene! Don't think that just because it is a five-star hotel, it has a five-star standard!

The hotel should be newly opened, located right by the Yangtze River. The lobby and rooms are simple and elegant, and it is very comfortable to live in. In autumn, walk along the river for an hour, the river breeze is gentle, and the scenery is pleasant. The check-out staff Super Lu is meticulous, warm and thoughtful, and the hotel handmade biscuits are crispy and delicious. It's a pity that the time for this trip is limited. If I travel to Yichang again, I will arrange more time to experience Yichang slowly.

The hotel is located by the river, a stone's throw away from the Natural Tower. The hotel is new, the lobby is grand, and the bed in the room is large. Children's toiletries were delivered as soon as we checked in, and when we disagreed with the direction of the room, we were given another one.

I quite like the room type and check-in was very quick. Andy at the front desk was very polite and was able to quickly resolve some of my issues, which made me very happy. He also recommended many interesting attractions and food. It was a very happy stay.

Fortunately, I chose this hotel as a transit hotel for the Three Gorges trip🏨! I almost missed it after reading some negative reviews on Ctrip! Let me tell you the truth! Facilities: Good, the design style is modern, the TV is big, and the children can lie on the bed and watch Disney cartoons! The children are very satisfied with the heated swimming pool! You can't enter without a swimming cap! Thumbs up for the principled staff! The downside is that the sound insulation effect is average. Hygiene: Very good, everything you see and hear is quite clean! Environment: Located on the bank of the Three Gorges River, you can see the night view of the river! It takes about 10 minutes to go to Zhenjiang Pavilion! I think the breakfast is average, and I strongly recommend tomato noodles, which is very suitable for my Fujian appetite! Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and help guide parking and luggage 🧳 carts 🛒, and forget to tip! When I saw the children, I took the initiative to ask if they need children's slippers!

The whole hotel looks fine at first glance, but if you look closely, you will find problems. 1. People are smoking everywhere in the hotel, even in the elevator. 2. The hygiene of the breakfast room is a mess. They wipe the table but not the stools, and lay out the napkins but not the chopsticks. There are all kinds of weird tableware placements. Anyway, the tableware on a table will not be fully arranged for you. In a huge restaurant, there are so many empty seats that you don’t know where to sit. At around 8:00, the dishes are seriously insufficient. 3. The room cleaning is also sloppy, better than not cleaning, and even the towels are not changed. In general, the hotel looks neat and tidy from a distance, but the details are a mess when you look closely. It feels like these people are temporary workers, but everyone is very polite and enthusiastic, and you can't say anything.

The hotel just opened not long ago. The environment is elegant, clean and sanitary. The room is equipped with an air purifier, which is very good. After arriving at the store, we were upgraded to the executive floor. We stayed for a day and experienced the gym and swimming pool. The fitness equipment is complete, there are large and small swimming pools, regular disinfection and inspection, and the health protection is very good. The environment is quiet and there is a family courtyard atmosphere. Thumbs up! The front desk staff of the hotel is enthusiastic, skilled, and thoughtful.
