A lovely hotel in the heart of Yichang. Awesome customer service, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. Although the beef was a bit tough, the flavors were excellent. They give awesome little snack bags on arrival, and the room was amazing, with teas on offer. Very clean room with thick towels and plenty of hot water. Would stay again for sure!

The river is fantastic, however, the upper floor is under renovation and the workers started working at 7:40 a.m.. Also, we found a cocroach.

Says nice hotel, hotel staff very professional and friendly towards me, a foreigner, so I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Yichang. The room is comfortable and clean. Can't ask for more.

The location is good, but the supporting facilities are old. The toilet smells, the water flow is small, and the air conditioner is slow to cool down. Especially when it is hot during the day, the temperature cannot be lowered.
