房間環境一般，服務差強人意。
首先是車開到景區門口不讓進，得拖着行李箱走800多米彎彎繞繞的山路到酒店，保安説車子都不讓進，結果看到很多當地車牌的私家車進出景區，而酒店的停車場還有很多停車位，簡直不能理解！
其次酒店大床房沒有多的被子，一家三口住，想要一床被子，不好意思要付錢，想要一雙拖鞋，不好意思要付錢，想要瓶礦泉水，不好意思要付錢，服務不咋滴，收錢挺積極！
再次房間沒有洗手液，衹能用沐浴液，行李寄存不給寄存牌，你要取行李自己進去隨便拿，如果有人偷行李也沒人管，這管理實在缺位。
百里荒的環境還可以，但酒店配套和服務能力、景區工作人員素質亟待提高。

酒店位於百里荒景區裏面，價格不低，服務極差，衞生條件也不好，管理混亂。預訂之後打電話諮詢車是否能開進來，回答説不可以，但是有特殊情況是可以的，問什麼是特殊情況，沒解釋清楚。酒店衹贈送兩張大巴車票，一個大人帶兩名小朋友，還需要自費買一張車票，很離譜。坐景區大巴到了酒店之後，發現酒店停車場裏停了好多各地牌照的車，問前台為什麼，前台板著臉説工作用車。小孩在玩耍時劃破了手指，到前台詢問是否有碘伏和創可貼，服務人員依然是板著臉説，沒有，酒店沒有這些東西。房間裏面地板上到處是頭髮和水漬，被子還破了一個洞。百里荒很涼快，酒店的情況也讓人很涼快，真心不推薦

景區很美，酒店不錯，比較新，房間也比較大，電視很大很高清，就是早餐收得也太早了，九點就結束了，晚餐也是九點就關門了

房型很滿意，通透，就是廁所有時候會有味道，但總體還不錯。在山上非常涼快，第一選擇的酒店。住了兩晚，沒有拍房間照片，但是和網上掛的圖片一樣沒啥區別。

房間很涼快，但是確實有蟲子，全是厚被子，建議放兩床薄被子，夏天晚上厚被子蓋着太熱了

私家車開不進去 酒店也沒有車能來接 態度非常不好 問就是沒有 不可以。 房間隔音也不好 晚上小孩在走廊上打鬧奔跑尖叫 打了電話也沒有酒店服務員來制止 體驗非常差。早餐衹有7:30到8:30 能不住就不住吧 這個地方就轉個一次性的錢 沒有任何體驗可言
